Billie introduces change payment feature for B2B buyers

Billie is launching a new change payment function to bring even more flexibility to business transactions. Next to offering a seamless Buy Now, Pay Later experience during the checkout, this feature allows buyers to easily switch between two payment methods, even after the purchase. Buyers can now switch between paying by Bank Transfer or SEPA direct debit. Change payment method is available on all open invoices in the Billie Buyer Portal, making it accessible to every buyer paying with Billie in B2B checkouts.

How it Works

B2B online stores can offer their customers a smooth payment experience with real-time customer verification plus high and stable limits with Billie. On top of this, Billie provides complete transparency and control over B2B transactions to business customers via the Billie Buyer Portal. Here customers can manage open invoices and payment methods or pay their invoices immediately.

After the purchase, buyers automatically receive their payment details, including an automatic email providing access to the Billie Buyer Portal. Business buyers can log in to the Billie Buyer Portal, select an open invoice and then choose their preferred payment method. Change payment method is available up to 5 days before the invoice due date.
